POST-MORTEM

What happened to Zen Arbitrage?

The public record: Zen Arbitrage was acquired by Carbon6 in January 2022 (reported at roughly 750 paying users and ~$90k MRR). Carbon6 was then acquired by SPS Commerce in February 2025. As of July 15, 2026, both Zen domains stopped serving the product — they resolve to a generic funnel-host page, with no login, no product, and no shutdown announcement we could find.

eFlip — the other long-running book feed — no longer exists as a product either: its domain redirects into a 10-tool generalist bundle.

The practical consequence: if you flipped books with either tool, nothing book-first was left standing for you. That's the gap this page is honest about wanting to fill.

Credit where due: Zen proved the model. It showed that thousands of resellers will pay for book deals found by software instead of hours of scanning. What it never fixed — per its own users' public reviews — was stale data ("the ranking was nowhere near what the platform portrayed"), margins quoted before real fees, and cancellation by unanswered email. Those aren't nitpicks; they're the whole job.

QUESTIONS ZEN USERS ASK

Straight answers

Is Zen Arbitrage coming back?

We don't know — nobody has announced anything. What's verifiable: the domains stopped serving the product (checked July 15, 2026), and the company that owns it has been through two acquisitions. If it returns, this page will say so; the status panel above reflects what's actually reachable.

I paid for Zen and can't reach anyone. What should I do?

Check your card statement for the billing descriptor and dispute recurring charges with your card issuer if support doesn't respond — that's standard advice for any unreachable subscription, not a dig. Export any deal history you still have access to.

Why should I trust your feed's numbers more?

Don't trust — audit. Signup is free with no card, and your first credits let you open full deal dossiers and check our net math against your own spreadsheet, Keepa, or anything else. If the number doesn't hold up, you've spent nothing.

Is this Amazon-to-Amazon flipping like Zen?

No. FlipClear indexes eBay→Amazon spreads (plus other non-Amazon sources) — a different, structurally less-crowded pool than relisting Amazon's own merchant-fulfilled offers.
